1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rehoboth, including its job-application automation, client management, document processing, and related features (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Rehoboth provides tools that help authorised users manage candidate information and assist with job-application workflows. Features may include storing profiles, processing CVs or resumes, suggesting responses, completing forms, and interacting with supported third-party recruitment websites.

The Service is an administrative aid. It does not guarantee interviews, employment, suitability for a role, successful submission, or uninterrupted access to any third-party website.

3. Accounts and access

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access.
  • You must only access candidate or client records you are authorised to handle.
  • Account administrators may manage access, roles, settings, and records associated with their organisation.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and appropriateness of information submitted through the Service. Before an application is submitted, you should review the relevant profile, generated answers, declarations, and supporting documents.

You must not use the Service to:

  • submit false, misleading, discriminatory, unlawful, or unauthorised information;
  • impersonate another person or act without a candidate's permission;
  • circumvent security controls, access restrictions, rate limits, or third-party rules;
  • introduce malware, disrupt the Service, or attempt to discover protected systems; or
  • process sensitive data unless you have a valid legal basis and appropriate authority.

5. Automation and AI-assisted output

Automated and AI-assisted output can be incomplete or inaccurate. A qualified human should review material decisions and application content.

You remain responsible for deciding whether generated or suggested content is suitable for use. You must not rely on the Service as legal, employment, immigration, medical, or other professional advice. We may apply reasonable usage limits or safeguards to protect users and the Service.

6. Third-party services

The Service may interact with recruitment platforms, email providers, document services, AI providers, or other third parties. Their own terms, privacy notices, availability, and technical restrictions apply. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services or changes they make.

7. Intellectual property

We and our licensors retain all rights in the Service, its software, design, branding, and documentation. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended business purpose.

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

8. Availability and changes to the Service

We aim to keep the Service available and secure, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our control. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that every application will be submitted correctly or that automated output will be error-free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that limitation, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, loss caused by inaccurate user-provided information, or the acts, omissions, or availability of third-party services.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect security, comply with law, prevent misuse, or address a material breach of these Terms. Data handling following account closure is described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, or our operating practices. The effective date above will show when the latest version took effect. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply.

12. Contact

For questions about these Terms, contact your Rehoboth account administrator or the support contact through which access to the Service was provided.
